Supporting people to navigate life’s thresholds. Accompaniment for individuals and teams in complex transitions and moral injury through reflective practices of poetry, reflexology, rest and water, towards restoration and recovery.
In Good Company
Coming in October 2026 a six session one to one programme of accompaniment by phone, typewritten letters and voice-notes.
In Good Company is designed for individuals who are navigating thresholds such as returning to work or moral injury. A key element of facilitation is gentle walking near as much green or blue space as you can find during our phone calls to draw comfort and insights from the environment as well as ourselves.
I am taking enquiries now ready for an October 2026 start. These can be booked either privately or as work place support.
Restorative Reflexology
Ways to engage with Restorative Reflexology
1. Lakeside: Like a lake where you can dip a toe in now and again for refreshment. Treatments can be booked as and when suits you. (Available now)
2. Seaside: Like a tidal pool which is renewed with the rhythm of the tides. Treatments can be booked in blocks of six at a discounted rate. (Coming September 2026)
3. Riverside: Like a gentle stroll along a meandering river. A tailored accompaniment of 6 in-person sessions interweaving reflexology with reflective practices such as poetry, somatic work and breath. (Coming October 2026)
Personal Bio
I set up my practice as Footnotes on Life in 2025 and am based in Newton Hall, Durham, UK.
In all my roles I have supported people who are carrying moral injury and solution fatigue. If you are at a threshold where you question ‘because of this…who am I now?’. I accompany people like you in these thresholds. I offer space, witness and time for deep listening to yourself, so that you may move from feelings of disillusionment and fragmentation towards greater coherence, peace and inner trust.
