Poetry as Witness Workshops

Poetic engagement can open up a whole room. The gift of metaphor allows access to difficult concepts without getting personal. Connection is forged with ease. Sparks of creativity reignite motivation and spotlight values.

My workshops are tailored to the needs of your team and range from 2hrs to full day provision.

I was really impressed with Kate as a facilitator. Her ability to let conversation develop and draw parallels was great. I particularly enjoyed the free non conventional writing and the creative analogies resonated with big decisions we make as a company.

I worked in tandem with Kate to deliver a days facilitation. She started the day off beautifully. I loved the mix of reflective and creative exercises and her style was gentle, grounded and elegant.
