Personal Bio

Hi, I’m Kate

I set up my practice in Restorative Reflexology in 2025 and am based in Newton Hall, Durham, UK.

In all my roles I have supported  people who are carrying moral injury and solution fatigue. If you are at a threshold where you question ‘because of this…who am I now?’. I accompany people like you in these thresholds. I offer space, witness and time for deep listening to yourself, so that you may move from feelings of disillusionment and fragmentation towards greater coherence, peace and inner trust.

What brought me here:

Dedication to create somewhere where you feel safe enough to soften…

…so that what needs to flow has space do so.
